AOC Publications

For almost forty years, AOC Archaeology Group staff have contributed to the study of archaeology in the British Isles, with a wide and varied range of publications 1970-1990, 1991-2000 and 2001-2008.

As well as managing the preparation of reports for publication in a variety of journals, books and magazines, our post-excavation sector also produces a series of monographs in collaboration with the Scottish Trust for Archaeological Research (STAR). Publications are an important part of the work AOC Archaeology Group undertakes. Publications have two main benefits: firstly it advances knowledge in archaeology and related disciplines; and secondly it allows our staff to develop their professional and academic expertise.
