AOC Archaeology Group has wide experience of recording, analysing and providing advice on buildings and the built environment. We have worked on buildings as diverse as the standing Neolithic houses of Skara Brae to Second World War pillboxes.  Our expertise covers ecclesiastical buildings, public buildings, domestic houses, stately homes and fortifications. We have a particular specialism in industrial buildings and have worked on numerous mills, gasworks, warehouses and factories throughout Britain.

AOC Archaeology Group has a professional buildings archaeology team who are experts in the detailed analysis of historic buildings from the smallest farmstead to the largest complex of industrial buildings.

In conjunction with our fieldwork, conservation and consultancy teams AOC Group can offer a wide range of historic building services including; Conservation Management Plans, Collections Management, Building Appraisals, Dendrochronological Dating, Conservation Area Appraisals, assisting with Listed Building Applications and with Building Design Briefs.
