Archaeological Technicians - Castletown, Caithness

AOC Archaeology Group currently has vacancies available for two Archaeological Technicians, on a full-time permanent basis.

The post-holders will be required to undertake sample sieving, sorting and processing, plant macrofossil assessment, preparation of site archives and data input. The posts will be based at the Castletown Archaeological Research Facility at Castletown, Caithness.

You should be a recent graduate with a strong interest in archaeology, and have a minimum of 3 months experience of practical aspects. It is essential that you are a good team member with a positive approach to commercial archaeology.

Degree level qualifications, IFA membership and secondary specialisms or abilities, along with a clean Drivers Licence and computer literacy would be advantageous.
